About Us

Our founders Lilleana L. Cavanaugh, MBA and John W. Cavanaugh, PhD., bring decades of cross cultural experience in solving the political and communication needs of our clients.

Likewise, our broad team of experts from around the world are on call to meet the special needs of each project.  We offer the appropriate technical, legal, media or other expertise required to ensure your needs are met with excellence and efficiency.

Lilleana L. Cavanaugh, MBA

Lilly, a native of Costa Rica, has a passion for cultural issues and promoting the understanding and appreciation of cultures around the world. She has trained extensively in cross-cultural sensitivity, adjustment, and communication, relevant to those who travel internationally, visit, immigrate to the US, or live and work in an environment where differing cultures meet.

Mrs. Cavanaugh has lived in Latin America, Africa, South East Asia, Europe and the United States, and has worked for the public, non-profit and private sectors.  This first hand experience living and working in different countries has provided her with deep insights to cross-cultural issues.  In fact, during the last 15 years, she has been developing  and conducting training programs, workshops, and other initiatives to address multicultural and diversity issues.

Lilly has an associate's degree in Business from Sinclair Community College, a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Capella University.
